Grown in the Huehuetenango region in east central Guatemala, in the municipality of San Pedro Necta. Estate grown and processed by the owner of this farm, Maximiliano Palacios, a third-generation grower on this land. Their farm name is Palhu, which is formed from the combination of their family name, Palacios, and the region of Huehuetenango which their farm is located in.

Finca La Providencia Palhu is produced by Maxamiliano Palacios (Max) from his farm La Providencia Palhu. Maximiliano is a third-generation farmer. Their farm houses their pulping on the high side of their sloped farm and utilizes gravity to move coffee lower to their patios for drying and milling. They produce fully washed and sun dried Strictly High Grown Guatemalan coffee and package it into GrainPro bags as an investment into protecting the water activity of their dry coffee which allows it to maintain a high level of freshness throughout the year.
