We are the Thornton family.

Founded by father-daughter team Paul Thornton and Rachel Thornton Verhaalen, we are a family born and raised in and around Portland.

We grew up working in the specialty coffee industry, inspiring us to have formed our family business in order to share our knowledge and passion for coffee.
